This three-hour workshop is an introduction to the art of espresso. How to pull the perfect shot. Recognize a good crema. Distinguish zesty from sour, or a double shot from a ristretto. Open your senses on how to improve your palate and taste the amazing range of flavors from espresso blends to SOEs (single-origin espressos). Learn what factors go into making a great shot and how to identify what to improve when it's not perfect. You'll also get to practice pulling espresso plus basic milk frothing. * Conducted in Chinese (Mandarin).
