American West Coast Blend

American coffee culture started on the West Coast in the 1950s, and many of the country's best coffee shops are still based there. This blend is a tribute to the "third wave" of coffee culture in the US, combining both the longtime focus on high-quality beans with the latest trends in light-roasting for a sweet, bright palette. For our American West Coast, we roast and then carefully blend two types of beans from Ethiopia, our house Hambela (natural) and Sidamo G2 (washed), to produce an incredibly balanced espresso that is equally floral and fruity. Great straight or with frothed milk!
