This is our second collaboration with customer Liquid Laundry, and it's truly worth all the effort: The sweet and nutty notes of our Costa Rica beans create the perfect blend with the craft brewer's amber ale—made irresistibly smooth with a creamy nitrogen finish.
Brewer Erik White oversaw this batch on premise at Liquid Laundry, which he explains was a long and complex process. Merely separated by a glass wall from the restaurant's massive dining area, the brewery houses an array of unique sessionable crafts. Our final reward after tasting the Laundry Latte was a sampling of such other distinctive brews with the core team and masterminds behind Boxing Cat Brewery, such as their amazingly fruity, super-hopy 100th IPA brew.
