Our latest limited specialty bean comes from the Loma La Gloria estate, elevated at 1200-1750 meters along a slope of the impressive El Boquerón volcano. It is owned by Anne Ruth, who is continuing her family tradition growing specialty coffee in this part of El Salvador.
This Central American bean presents soft earthy tones with a hint of sweetness, which we bring out with a medium roast. If you are often torn between our balanced Yunnan or most full-bodied Sumatra, this may be a nice mid-point for the palate!
Works both with hand drip and french press.
