Yunna Puer Kaka, planted at an altitude of 1450 ~ 1500 meters, is processed by Anaerobic Natural. First the cherries are fermented, and then natural processed. In an anaerobic environment, which slows the breakdown of pectin sugars, the PH drops at a slower rate and the fermentation time is prolonged to develop a better sweetness and a more balanced flavor. It’s a uniquely mild and delicate flavor that’s best enjoyed as drip/filter.
